Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of hosting services provided by
WBT Hosting LLC (“WBT Hosting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or
using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Services

WBT Hosting LLC provides space on VPS hosting, and related products (“Services”). Services are provided on a subscription basis unless
otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You are responsible for maintaining account security and credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Accurate billing and contact information must be maintained.

3. Billing, Payments & Refunds

All services are billed in advance.
Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.
Promotional pricing may renew at standard rates.
Refunds are subject to our refund policy, if applicable.

4. Uptime & Availability

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis unless otherwise stated
in a written Service Level Agreement (SLA).

5. Suspension & Termination

WBT Hosting may suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these Terms,
non-payment, illegal activity, or security threats.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WBT Hosting LLC shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid during
the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which WBT Hosting LLC is registered. (Virginia)

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all services provided by WBT Hosting LLC.
Use of our services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

1. VPS Server Usage

VPS Servers provide isolated resources and greater control.
Customers may set up custom EMAILs. Customers may setup small website

as long as they do not go over their allotted space.

Unless a managed plan is purchased, customers are responsible for email
configuration, security, and maintenance.

No background processes, daemons, or long-running scripts
No file storage, backup repositories, or streaming services
No excessive CPU, memory, disk I/O, or inode usage
No high-traffic or enterprise workloads

2. Prohibited Content & Activities

Illegal activities or content
Malware, ransomware, spyware, or phishing
Unauthorized access or hacking attempts
Spam or bulk unsolicited email
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Intellectual property infringement
Harassment, threats, or hate-based content

3. Email Use

Only opt-in mailing lists are permitted
No open relays or email spoofing
Email abuse may result in immediate suspension

4. Security & Enforcement

WBT Hosting reserves the right to investigate violations and suspend or terminate
services to protect its network and customers.
